Players Biographies

#25 – Chris Balfe – DB 6’ 175

Chris BalfeChris Balfe is in his second year with team, having played for the OKC Diamondbacks in 2012. Balfe has also played for the Ponca City Rampage, the Oklahoma City Gunners, the Oklahoma Fire as well as the Force in 2011. Balfe will provide depth in the secondary and will be looked upon to contribute on Special Teams. Balfe is a graduate of Westmoore High School, where he prepped for Wayne Estes.

#26 – Jobe Barker – DB 6’ 195

Jobe Barker JRJobe Barker is in his fifth year with the team. Prior to joining the OKC Diamondbacks and eventually the Bounty Hunters, Barker had played for the Gunners. Barker will be looked upon to contribute on Special Teams and to provide depth in the secondary. JB as he is known on the team, is extremely athletic and capable of playing several positions. He is a graduate of Oklahoma City John Marshall High School where he prepped for Nic Wareheim.

#40 – Harold Beatty – DB 6’ 185

Harold Beatty is another veteran defensive back. He played for the Force, the Southside Titans and the OKC Wolverines prior to joining the OKC Diamondbacks and eventually the Bounty Hunters. Beatty will be a depth player in the secondary as well as a candidate for various Special Teams units. He is a graduate of Oklahoma City Frederick A. Douglass High School where he prepped for Stanford White.

#5 – Lionel “Bruiser” Bibbins – DE 6’ 4” 290

Lionel Bibbons JrLionel Bibbins will start on the Defensive Line for the Bounty Hunters assuming he does not get picked up prior to the start of the season. Bibbins played for the Diamondbacks in 2011. He then signed with the Albany (GA) Panthers of the PIFL during the team’s championship season. Following his stint with Albany, Bibbins was signed by the Utah Blaze of the Arena Football League where he played the 2012 season. Bibbins has since held private workouts with Calgary, Toronto, and Hamilton of the CFL and has also gathered interest from various NFL clubs and several AFL team. Bibbins was a standout for Langston University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Bibbins is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a graduate of L.W. Higgins High School where he prepped for Wayne Meyers.

#87 – Marccus Blonner – WR 6’ 4” 195

Marccus Blonner will be expected to provide depth to a very talented receiving corp. Blonner was added to the Bounty Hunters roster after a strong showing during the January combine. Blonner continues to show great potential while he is learning the offensive system. As Blonner continues to learn, his presence on the field will continue to increase. Blonner is a graduate of Oklahoma City Frederick A. Douglass High School where he prepped for Willis Alexander.

#29 – Marcus Booker – DB 6’ 195

Marcus Booker joins the Bounty Hunters and is expected to compete for a starting position. Booker is extremely physical and has demonstrated great coverage skills. Booker served in the United States Military and is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada.
